Sexual harassment in any form – physical, verbal, non-verbal, visual, or via digital means – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and legal action.
Currently an OPC with less than 10 employees, the Director (Savio Babu) shall act as the Presiding Officer. Upon reaching 10 employees, a proper Internal Committee will be constituted as per Section 4 of the POSH Act, including at least 50% women members and one external member.
All complaints will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Inquiry completed within 90 days. Zero retaliation guaranteed.
